The "twist ending" is awful...spoilers
So basically this isn't even a found footage movie after all, since at least some of the "footage" is confirmed as actually being a mental delusion of the lead character. Isn't that cheating?

shareI thought the same thing. Just awful. They could have had him injure someone in the dark and they limped away/hid, then he discovers it's his gf. Or just not make the movie lol.
They're coming to get you, Barbara!
With the use of a "creepy score" during the suspenseful scenes, and the fact that the main character's dream is somehow captured on video, this definitely fails as a found footage movie. The movie could have worked better if, much like Cannibal Holocaust, it had been a narrative film with found footage elements, with the main character always recording things and obsessively watching his security footage.
As a fellow no-budget filmmaker, I appreciate the filmmakers' effort in completing a feature with very little money, along with the fact that it's not just another zombie/slasher/ghost movie, but this movie truly failed at its intentions otherwise.
