Jake's art

I hate it when art plays a part in a film but they don't show it!! We saw Tony acting in the acting workshop, but we never saw Jake's drawings or paintings. Since the kid is so introverted, it would have been interesting to see what he creates, besides just hearing about the green sky and yellow stars. A scene where
Tony flips though Jake's sketch book would have been great... especially since there is a suggestion that Jake was gay [it's made a little more explicit in the audition reels included on the DVD], and maybe he would have attempted a drawing of Tony.
