Is it possible that Nolan will run for the Oscar with this film?
It will be really surprising if Nolan's first Oscar will be for the Best Documentary Short category.

I doubt it. Nolan shouldn't be the one, who have made seven feature-lengh masterpieces, and receive the price for documantary short. It would be the shame (not on Nolan, but on the Academy, actually), and I hope they understand that.

Just watched the film today at the London Film Festival. It's really good but not 'serious' enough to win an oscar. It's more of a portrait piece about the brothers but damn, it was beautifully lit! The projection was 35mm as well and everyone could see the difference.
