I'm trying to piece this movie together, because I'm still having issues trying to accurately decipher what it's about.

As it appears, this is about a deceptive pyramid scheme that is being run by cultists, who lure people using the whole "experience" line to eventually destroy their current life, all to enforce members to promote the business in order to build brand reputation with testimonials. Many likely decide to fully enroll either to take on new, vibrant lives or to perhaps make back their money that they probably unknowingly signed over on the contract.

Am I getting it right or am I dead wrong?

I think you're right. Still trying to piece it together myself. Sales through extortion kinda sums it up for me

Pretty much what I got from it. Amway, The Game and Waco all mixed in together.

Pretty much. They don't really have any choice but to participate even further at that point either because at that point they're already complicit in embezzling from their company and whatever else they were tasked to do after that. You wouldn't be able to get out without implicating yourself and possibly having your family harmed so all you could really do is go all in and make the best of it...
