Perking up

He was even more unpleasant after Stevie's death than he was before. So, he certainly got what he deserved. But, it ended miserably for everyone else too... Dear me - talk about bleak and cheerless..! Excellently made - apart from the CGI explosion, the naffness of which was really quite jarring - and, after the dull first episode, it did engage my interest. But, it really was a very sombre three hours of tele... Considering the sort of thing BBC1 usually shows on a Sunday evening, it was maybe a brave choice... I'd be happy to see them making a few more brave choices. But, maybe they could find something a tad more jolly to be brave with.
