Fictional place in the movie. There is a real Campbell, however. It's a small farm-based town of 158 souls, about 200 miles northwest of Minneapolis, and not as stylish and upscale as the movie depicts.-- the residents wouldn't go "up" to Minneapolis, as a character says. They would go "down". Wonder why they didn't just make up a name.
