Does the story of Zelda deserve multiple seasons?

I enjoyed the first episodes but the pace came to a crawl in the second half. Then it became clear, the producers are looking for a multi season show. I grown tired of this trend, stretching out story lines, not sure if I will watch season 2 if they make it.
