Forgot it was on tonight, and just turned to it. Who's the guy sitting at her desk, talking crazy? I KNOW that face. Maybe from an "X-Files" episode?

Are you talking about the guy going thru the budget, laughing at 40% cotton?

If so, his name is Patrick Breen...he's been in a lot of stuff! ;)

The one from GQ that always gets me is the Alien's commander who goes on to play the big bad in Person of Interest. lol

I instantly thought of Men in Black. He was Reggie, the alien who was trying to leave the city before his wife gave birth, which ended up happening in the car on the side of the road.
"Congratulations, Reggie. It's a ?squid"

YES, that's it! It just came to me so I could post. But I do also remember him from "Galaxy Guest" per above response; he was so touching as the alien who adored Alan Rickman's character.

Always glad to see a favorite actor is still being cast. So many are discarded.

Checking his page, he was also on a Law & Order (SVU) which isn't surprising for a NY actor. I think when you get your SAG card there's a note attached - "L&O should be contacting you in the near future. Good luck!"
