Very refreshing for HGTV is the sheer honesty of Kortney and Dave. Take the "Don't Be A Hero" episode (8.4.15) when Dave walked in after the home was staged and finished and he said "Ewh, Hideous" LOL. I don't know what Kortney was thinking with that Interior Designer - but it was nowhere near "shabby chic". More like grandmas cottage SMH
shareI literally can't stand this show! It's so obvious that kortney (or however you spell that ridiculous name) is a megalomaniac. Stupid large floppy hat indoors while she's striking a pose but pretending that it's her natural stance. Then with the whole yoga pant thing. She doesn't mind some mild objectification that's for sure. Plus can someone please give that man another hat? It must be the grossest, sweatiest, stinkest thing. This entire show makes me feel uncomfortable. This is by far the worst show on HGTV, and I've even sat thru Love It or List It Too (and don't get me started on that one...). Many would say just change the channel. I would if I could, but as a captive audience awaiting being called up for jury duty I have no choice but to see and hear these idiots! Can that be considered cruel and unusual punishment??
