sealed the basement doors before replacing the support pillars

my mouth fell open...they go down to the basement because they knew they needed to replace some of the support beams...there is 8 inches of water and now they have to replace all of them.....(after drying out)

at some point the hubby comes over and the door is sealed per their design....he goes in the outside scrawlspace and nothing was done!!!!!

at least they addressed it, (but,really how does a big mistake like that happen) passed it off as having to many house going through flipping stages and no one double checked to make sure it got done....so they had to do the whole thing through the crawlspace.
