Is this available on blu-ray?
Usually pixar short films are available on their main movie releases as extra but not this one?

As I understand it, it's by Pixar animators as a side project for themselves not as a Pixar studio production, so not for release with Pixar films. When you see it you'll see why, it's not their usual content but still very much their high quality.
