Wow, she seemed to be doing really well and then had that incident and actually moved out of state. That is a shame that she was so traumatized, she couldn't even call herself and quit, though I wish she would have called herself, instead of a family member doing so.

I think they have to, as a state, put more money into paying and training. Paying 15 dollars an hour and having mandatory overtime is going to spell a huge burn out, trauma rate. It is a vicious cycle there now, and forcing people to work under those conditions 16 hour days is just unhealthy for them, mentally and physically.
