Portrays EDM festival culture really well

I have to give a props to the creators for being able to portray the atmosphere and culture of EDM festivals so well. Every detail from the ridiculous skimpy outfits the girls wore and eccentric makeup, the groups of guys in stringlets, the drugs, the dancing, people tripping out in groups to others carrying ridiculous items such as vacuum cleaners and the amazing sets they had.

Human Traffic was a million times better.

If by portraying every conceivable stereotype.

Yes, yes they did.

This film is complete garbage.

Tho people showing up to a major festival without tickets is pretty stupid

It does indeed show that the EDM scene is full of bellends. Does a cracking job of it for sure.

reply

If by that you mean all of the characters are hateable rich white kids who speak like no human would ever speak, then sure.

reply

It shows EDM sterotypes. Not the reality.

I've been DJing at raves since 1990 and this film does little more than show how the scene appears to people who have never actually been a part of it. As someone else commented, Human Traffic is far closer to the reality.
