Save yourself some time, just watch "Groove" instead...

This is horribly contrived and forumulaic. It doesn't rep the scene at all. Groove captured the real feeling of EDM culture (albeit in the "underground" fashion rather than the festival world depicted here).

Plus, if you've ever been on the "other side" of the decks you know that acts aren't booked the day of (or day before) a festival (how do you get promo material printed and posted everywhere in that short of a timeframe? Simple: you don't). Your promoter is also in constant communication with you when you arrive at the city/venue... transportation is handled for you and in some cases the promoter him/her self will chauffeur you to the venue if there are any potential complications. Stage acts never have to "check in at the ticket line" and even if you did, one mention of the promoter's name would have anyone in coordination able to connect you with them immediately to get you in and starting your set up.

The scene/vibe is amazing, no need to over-dramatize it with a bunch of unrealistic BS. Just show the reality, that is awesome enough on its own.

Human Traffic is my pick, great movie about the rave scene.
