Eye Candy

This series is eye candy. The costumes and set design make ancient Egypt come to life. That's the only reason I watch.
The acting is nothing special, but the actors are having fun being in colorful costumes and wearing lots of makeup.
I don't care about the plot since it is a familiar story and there is a heavy emphasis on court intrigue. Spanish has been overdubbed on Portugese dialog.
