so she is at a public place -- outside for that matter -- wandering around with her preschooler child and on the phone with some asswhole of a boss or client or colleague. she is clearly more absorbed in this phone call than her daughter - allowing her to buy a hotdog by herself[???].

so then her kid accidentally gets mustard on her mother's precious Martha Stewart coat and mommy dearest freaks out. literally it is the end of the world but that doesn't stop the phone conversation/beatdown from continuing. so she is feverishly wiping it off like Tide and washing machines don't exist in her world and then >POOF< her kid's done a runner.

oh wahwahwah... even at 3 the kid knew what was more important to mommie.


and... is the mother [or the actress playing the mother] suffering from delayed speech or something? not making fun but it is 20 minutes in and she seems to be stumbling over some words and sentences. like the conversation right when her support boytoy was trying to propose using berry salad.

and I understand how when she meets Rebecca at 25 minutes in she is stumbling over her words due to shock and hope and I am not talking about that. just her not at least explaining herself [I had a daughter who would be your age go lost when she was three and you look like the computer generated picture]. way to freak out a teenager!
