Just an Observation...

I used to facilitate focus groups for climate surveys. I would interview segments of a companies employment to discuss the date received, in order to dig to any real social issues within the workplace.

Looking at the respondents (and we have to take it with a large standard deviation due to the low number of respondents); yet, just like with my climate survey data, the women far agreed with the findings of a problem than the males ever did (regardless of race). And even though the scores are low for rating this doc, the women seem to score the doc favorably at twice that of the males across the board.

It doesn't mean anything concrete about anything... just an observation.
