Is the Red Haired girl supposed to be the New Cat Valentine?

I just saw my first episode of this tonight, 8/10/2015 Eastern Time. Who is this red haired girl supposed to be in the series? Is she supposed to be more like Cat???

I hope not... I have only seen this 1/2nd half of this last episode...
