I gave up after an hour.

I don't know why people keep trying to make films about the Kelly Gang. It is a very boring story.

The part with Russel Crowe seemed promising, but it lasted only 12 minutes. In fact, the whole movie could have been about Crowe and the kid. Kinda like "A Perfect World".

I watched it all and I thought it was gritty. It wasn't that bad and I learnt some history :)

I'm with you Thunder, watched it this morning. The mom was great, the young Kelly was tough & Loved the whole thing falling apart in the end, the sons of Sieve scattered.

Haven't seen it yet but I did like the Heath Ledger version.
Fun Fact - A movie about Ned Kelly made early in the 20th Century was the first ever full length feature movie.

I haven't seen the Heath Ledger version but this was really boring. I stopped watching after about 40 minutes.
