Can someone answer a quick question about Zombies.

I am an absolute noob at ps4 CoD etc and have got hooked on zombies, im pretty bobbins at it tbh and keep getting so far and then have to start again at the beginning so my question is, can you save progress somewhere? ive tried lookin online with no luck. Do you have to get past a certain point or round or something else? any help would be appreciated as i've never really bothered too much with video games before, thanks in advance.

As far as I know, no there isn't. Each time you leave and come back you will start a new game. Once the dlc expansions are out you can do the same with the new zombie episodes.

You might be able to join a game in progress already but I'm not sure if that's allowed part a certain point or anything like that
