I will not be purchasing another COD game unless it reverts back to modern warfare or earlier. There's not been a decent COD since Modern Warfare 3.

I agree, Modern Warfare 2 was the best out the lot they never came close after that I'll be skipping this for Fallout.
shareModern warfare 2 was awful in my opinion. Unless you were a sniper, that game had nothing superior to say black ops and Modern wafare (1).
One thing it did well was the introduction of optional killstreaks, thats about it.
I agree. While I still played and enjoyed BO2 I didn't care for the COD games after MW3. Why did COD have to go into a future setting. It feels like I'm playing Halo now.

As far as it being dead franchise, whether you like it or not it's not going anywhere. Come to peace with it. I accept a lot of things that don't appeal to me because I just don't watch or play it.

I gotta say....I miss the WWII theme. That was really the funniest for me. MW is good, I guess. I just love good old fashioned shotguns, machine guns, bombs and the days where you had to hunt each other. Not bounce around roofs with "groovy" suits and gadgets and gain the ability to camp even harder. It's annoying. I skipped this entry entirely.
I will agree with you this has to have the dumbest Story of any Single player game that I have played in the last 15 years. they need to leave the future stuff to Crisis Series It was Much better than this Black ops crap.
Then there is the Retarded AI and their use of grenades, Not to mention soon as you appear on the battle field every robot and NPC knows exactly where your at and what cover your behind. The AI has No LOS, yet I'm constantly being killed behind Cover.
4 out of 10 stars and 4 is being generous due to the fact i really like some of the Voice Actors Especially Tony Amendola (He rocked Star gate SG-1, Continuum) Robert Picardo (voyager, Stsr Gate Sg-1), They should have choose somebody better than Ben Browder for the player as I really don't care for him seeing how I blame him for the Death of SG-1 Many years ago. Richard dean Anderson Made the show and Colonel Mitchel was a moron.
then there is the Whiny Sara hall (Katie Sackoffs character) She was horrible in Battle star Galactica, That entire Dream sequence with her was one of the most annoying scenes i have ever had to play through. I mean really why replace star buck with a Woman how insulting.
