No, it's not a movie about the alternative methods to make coffee. PÍA VARGAS has a very stressful life, because of the people she has to deal with every day. Mainly her husband (he doesn't work and doesn't help around the house), her stepson (he disrespects her), her best friend (she doesn't listen to her) and her boss (he only pays attention to employees who are hot young women). One day, she goes to a Chinese shop. If you've seen the trailer, you know that the man who works there is played by a Chilean actor in yellowface, but it's not racist. Trust me: There's a reasonable explanation. Anyway, thanks to an acupuncture session, she'll be able to say literally everything she thinks.
PÍA finds herself in different situations, but she always react by swearing at the top of her lungs. Her rants may have different words, but they feel like the same thing. Bascuñán tries her best, but the movie isn't even close to being on the same level as LIAR LIAR or FALLING DOWN (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STuSpwxTDjo). Those movies also stuck to a formula, but their makers knew how not to (essentially) repeat scenes.

No, no es una película sobre los métodos alternativos para preparar café. PÍA VARGAS tiene una vida muy estresante, debido a la gente con la que tiene que lidiar todos los días. Principalmente su esposo (no trabaja y no ayuda en la casa), su hijastro (le falta el respeto), su mejor amiga (nunca la escucha) y su jefe (solo le pone atención a las empleados que son mujeres jóvenes y sexys. Un día, va a una tienda China. Si han visto el tráiler, saben que el hombre que trabaja ahí es interpretado por un actor Chileno en yellowface, pero no es racista. Confíen en mí: hay una explicación razonable. En fin, fracias a una sesión de acupuntura, será capaz de decir literalmente todo lo que piensa.
PÍA se encuentra en diferentes situaciones, pero siempre reacciona gritando groserías a todo pulmón. Sus diatribas podrán tener distintas palabras, pero se sienten como lo mismo. Bascuñán hace su mejor esfuerzo, pero la película ni se acerca al nivel de MENTIROSO MENTIROSO o UN DÍA DE FURIA (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STuSpwxTDjo). Esas películas también se adhirieron a una formula, pero sus realizadores supieron cómo no repetir (en esencia) escenas.
