Season 1:
Food Truck - currently I'd list this as my fave ep for the show
Occupy Bears - it's adorable to see the history of their home explained and I kinda love that their picture fascination has been going on for so long - not to mention showing Panda has gone through multiple phones, which kinda should take off some of the edge off the later episode where he sold his phone
Season 2:
Rooms - the bears keep secrets from each other adorably - and we need to see more of Grizz's home movies!
Cellie - those features on the phone were pretty sweet, phone companies take note!
The Island - this is my favorite episode that uses the young bears, I'm also a fan of the exotic location and love that they rescued that stranded woman.
(I'll state I've only seen through Captain Craboo at this point in the season)
I'm leaning towards saying that Food Truck is my favorite episode of the show overall. I can't get past how adorable the forest critters are in stealing money to pay for their snacks, or how ticked they turn out to be when they get cut off. Not to mention the bears casually stating how they're familiar with tickets and fines at the end. I like to think a lot of their later expenses were covered by the leftover profit they made in this ep :)
