MMA doesnt work like that. The fight scenes are sometimes funny and sometimes plain annoying. Seems like no one in the movie production team or the director or the actor or the fight coordinator, no one knew *beep* about MMA.

shareI didnt rate it. Its beneath that. If a movie about a wrestler cant even get the wrestling scenes right, .then its pretty much a piece of crap. They werent showing true greco roman wrestling but more WWE inspired wrestling, the guy is giving german suplexes to everyone like its so easy, that is not how it happens on the mat.

The trailer didn't lie then I thought he was only slightly less convincing than the woman wrestler.
