Season 2, The No End House

Is anyone watching this? I think it's fantastic, better than last season. The story line is very original and really creepy, to me at least :-)

reply

I agree completely. I lost interest during S1 but S2 is a big improvement.

reply

I find myself really looking forward to it every week.
Yes, very creepy
It's the best show hardly anyone is watching...But there will be a season 3 & 4...

reply

It's good to know others are watching and enjoying this! I didn't know there were two more seasons scheduled and am glad to hear it.

reply

Yeah. So good. Some really creepy bits.

I'm trying to direct people to it. 'Yes, SyFy is a proper channel. It has got some decent stuff, I promise' heh

reply

SYFY has been doing incredible lately. have you seen "happy" yet? friggin awesome.

reply

Yeah. I checked that out. I read a summary and was intrigued. Watched it and it was great.

reply

i am glad you liked it. :D

To be honest I found the first season, Candle Cove, to be much creepier and more compelling. This one for me is boring and I can't figure out what exactly is going on.

reply

I liked Candle Cove very much too but I felt The No End House was a little creepier. Sorry you're having trouble following it. There's always next season to look forward to :-)

reply

Are they having a third season? I thought they only planned these two. Oh well, that's good to know!

Yeah I found Candle Cove creepier than No End House; but I like the show in general; creepy stuff.

reply

perfection. i gave season 2 a 10/10.

It is not original. There are many movies and T.V series that it draws from and that's fine. There was another sci fi show in the early 2000's that had a trapped in suburbia-hell dimension type episode but I can't remember the name.

Anyway, aside from it being derivative I didn't care for the extremely slow pacing in the first 2 episodes - it was dreadfully boring. It got much better towards the end. But still predictable.
