What are people's thoughts on No End House?

I thought that the concept was really neat, but the story itself was poorly written. The things that the main character encountered in the house also seemed more random than scary, like the author had no idea where he was actually going with it. I did like the end though, when *spoiler* the main character comes home just to find the next number on his door. I think if the creators of the show make a LOT of adjustments then the season should be good.
