I hope the authors are getting compensate for THEIR ideas

I know a couple writers that don't like the idea of their original work possibly being used to make tens, maybe hundreds of thousands dollars in ad profit, were there work to show up on this show. By law, if these stories are ripping off the CreepyPasta authors, then there is money to be owed them. Intellectual rights and copyright are a real thing, and some of the authors do it for fun but work regular jobs. If they knew this show was making all this money from THEIR work, then they'd probably like to be compensated.

And you little fangirls and boys can rip this post all you want, I don't care. It just shows you don't respect the work of the original authors that helped create this show. And don't bring up the word "free exposure" when SyFy's ad's make real money. I'd rather authors be paid for their originality than some show runner who is influenced by their stories.
