The Ending.

Well, that was depressing.

reply

It was depressing, but a satisfying ending at the same time. Kaley showed no remorse for her actions so I was hoping she'd end up dead or still trapped.

reply

Not depressing at all! Perfect ending, except I wish the John guy hadn't killed himself. Kaley deserved EXACTLY what she got! Just wish it had shown her no longer being the 'princess' she thought she was!

reply

No Kaley didn't deserved to sold in sex trafficking where she is rape and beaten repeatedly for 24/7 even know she made Jon snap and cause her two friend to be kidnapped

Kaley actually deserved to be outcast by her friends and the whole school

And what would you have liked to have seen happen to John? If he didn't kill himself, he would have gone to prison for the rest of his life. He would have had 3 counts of kidnapping, 1 count of trafficking, and 1 count of murder. He took the easy way out b/c with him, they would have killed him in prison. I wouldn't say that Kayle got exactly what she deserved. That's going a little too far, but I thought that it was horrible what she did to John. You don't do that to people. The sad thing is that I don't know if this would have changed her if she did survive. She seemed like she liked to make fun of people and wanted a quick way of making money instead of going to school.

I don't think that experience would have changed Kaley at all. Had she only been abducted by John and then rescued with the other two girls she would have been even more obnoxious and the same old mean biotch. She would have gloated about the prank and the abduction on her stupid blog. I think her blogging days are over.

I wish IMDB had a "thumbs up" or "Like" button. I would do either to this post.

Loved and hated the ending Kaley played with this guy's life he had problems already causing him to snap then once all were kidnapped she kept on playing game she was mean selfish and all three could have been kill or sold. Great ending

I cried

Like others have been saying, Kayley was cruel but she didn't deserve to be sold. I also think the ending was sad but effective and quite realistic. With cases like kidnnapings, often times there is no happy ending for everyone. Sometimes the lost girls aren't found and safely returned home. Kudos to lifetime for portraying one realistic fate.

I enjoyed it and yes I was unhappy for John in the end. He had been hurt and was lashing out. Kaylee was a monster and got what she deserved.

Yep. Felt really bad for her. Despite her sociopathic personality. But, it was realistic. She's gone forever unless she can manage to never be broken and just run. If she truly is a sociopath, if there were a sequel to this, she would find a way to run and never fall into the haze.

I thought it was most depressing when Avery said something along the lines of "Nobody ever knew why John kidnapped us"

So at the end of it all, it's as if no story was told, no lessons learned...

reply

The lesson was learned by the three girls ...and hopefully by people watching the movie.
