I don't get it either. You take away the best character and keep the worst character. Big foster played his part and they should have let him go. Would have loved to see asa and the new group interact.

It was clearly a decision made because of issues behind the scenes. In made zero sense from a storytelling perspective.

I have no idea and I'm very curious. I'm just saying it's blatantly obvious it had nothing to do with storytelling the way the built the show around the character, fake killed him off, brought him back to life for one episode and then killed him off for what basically seemed like no reason at all.

he is too big of a character, the one who will lead the feral farells to civilization, the most charismatic and interesting character on the show, no way they kill him.

I can't believe they killed off the most interesting character in the show either. I really enjoyed the show the first season and was looking forward to this season but Michelle has gone downhill fast and I am done with it. They're just far too many things on TV to watch things I no longer enjoy.
