Heather's over-dramatic Soap Opera story really brings the show down

I re-watched and it has occurred to me Heather's character has no reason to exist at all. Her far-fetched and cheesy melodramatic story has nothing to do with dragons. Heather only exists for the sake of Heather.

What worse is how this is going to bring Dagur's character down.

Her character has all reason to exist. She is the crosspoint between Dagur and Osvald and Viggo and the Riders.

And Family On The Edge was one of the best episodes ever
