(1) The girls in iCarly were making a live TV show (30 minutes long). The Disney girls are just making silly youtube vids (1-2 minutes long).

(2) The girls in iCarly had an actual storyline outside of the internet. Oftentimes the "real world" storyline occupied the whole episode while the TV show lay fallow. The Bizardvark girls have very little storyline in the real world.

(3) iCarly had great comedic talent with Carly's adult brother. Bizardvark... doesn't.

(4) iCarly dealt with real-world problems like an absent dad, and fear she might have to leave her brother/friends to move to some distant city. Bizardvark... doesn't.

(5) iCarly was actually funny

I think your real argument is that it is not as good as Icarly, to which I agree. But I do think it is Icarly like.
