Dreadful

Why did they even bother?
The story was lackluster and strayed so far from the truth. Susan Atkins never was the one that came up with the ideas yet that's how they portray it in this dreadful depiction … if you can even call it that.
Barely any checking of facts, characters were so weakly written that cardboard cut outs would have been suffice. Finally, if you are going to tell the tale of the Manson family, at least attempt to make it look the part! This looked like an episode of the new 90210 going to a hippy themed party.
Weak writing, weak story, weak production and weak acting all around
Considering the Manson family are so intrinsically woven into the end of the 60's and are an important piece of American culture, this movie was an insult.
Hoping that American Crime Story will use the Manson murders for one of it's seasons and do the story the justice it deserves.

She was also not the one that picked up Linda and brought her back to the ranch.

One could go on and on about this. Where was Clem, Bruce, Mary and a whole lot of others?
