As a male who leans conservative, should I see this movie?

The misses wants to see it, so it's hard to say no. Trying to talk her into seeing Logan Lucky instead, but she won't budge. Is Rough Night as bad as the trailers make it seem?

I mean, it's not AMAZING. Although it is good for a few laughs - i found it pretty funny.
The story line wasn't a typical comedy story line, so it was actually pretty refreshing to have something new.

There are some moments in the movie where they definitely tried TOO hard to be funny, but that pretty much happens in every comedy.

I'd recommend it if you are wanting a few laughs.

Not recommended for any male regardless of political spectrum... it was a absolute horrible movie that had very few funny bits in it. The comedy was scoring maybe 1 out of 20 hits.... most were complete misses that just weren't funny.

haha good. I finally convinced the misses to see logan lucky with me instead, though it required promising her that we'll see Rough Night when it comes out on DVD (fingers crossed she forgets).

I would! I saw it AND "Girls Trip"(big differences..the girls in that one were ALL black and the story, instead of murder frame-up dealt partly with a talk show co-hostess.)
