i would say that this show is like a car crash. we know its bad, we know we shouldn't stop on the freeway to see it... but we fell compelled to.

I hope this gets renewed as it is really growing on me. The first episode was a decent opener, but they have gotten better as it went on. Beside, I never judge a show based on the pilot. The pilot is simply a proof of concept episode to the network and the audience and not intended to blow us away. What they do after that is the important part, and Zorn seems to be making full use of the shows concept. Conan the Barbarian in Suburbia, how is that not a funny concept?
