I've read that he has moved to a new, larger building for his clinic. However, the shows I've seen this season look like the same old location.

Most likely the episodes were seeing were filmed months ago. His home is the room upstairs from the clinic. Now that he's married, he probably needs a roomier place to live.

They showed the new location on the last show. It is supposed to be near the current office. It looks quite large and very nice.
