Who's the playing the guy that Colin Firth played in 'The king's speech '?

Didn't Colin Firth character used to stutter a lot? I have only seen first episode and I'm confused.

"The guy's" name is King George VI. In this production, he is played by Jared Harris. This will be sacrilege to Firth's fangirls, but I did not like his George VI at all. He was too robust to play the slender, introverted Bertie. I do, however, like Jared Harris a lot. He brings more vulnerability and humanity to the character than Firth did, IMO.

I'm not a "fangirl" but I think his portrayal was really good and very human and extremely vulnerable.

I did enjoy Jared Harris' King George VI as well, we saw him more as a father in The Crown and I really appreciated that.

Ditto.

Jared Harris. He's done a lot of interesting work, you should check his filmography. You also might have heard of his father.

Is Lionel Logue depicted in this miniseries ?

Um, no. This series isn't about George VI, it's about Elizabeth II.

You'll notice that Bertie (King George...the father) halts in his speech occasionally. It's not very noticeable.

That's because this is at the point after he's been "treated" for his stuttering by his speech teacher, as depicted in The King's Speech. I think his stuttering is most pronounced when giving public speeches, and less so in personal conversation. But it was still there all the time. His brother, the former King Edward, used to tease him about his stuttering.
