Should they not have been arrested at the end due to the two dead cops? Clearly their version of events wouldn't stand up in court.

I figured they blame it all on the mother with a history of mental illness and finger prints on a gun.

Why would they tarnish their mom's memory? Specially since the last thing she did was the most selfless act a person can do.

Well, it's kinda their only choice. Unless they think telling the story of Diana is a good idea lol.

Sandberg says it would likely be blamed on Sophie. My question is, what the heck kind of injuries did those cops have that could be explained by anything "natural"? Same with the boy's father in the beginning. They never followed up on that investigation in the film but it looked like he was being shredded. Anyway, there will apparently be a sequel and the mother will be blamed.

I would say my memory is not what it used to be. But I don't remember what my memory used to be.
