Why? It had plenty of scares. It didn't have much gore, but it didn't need to, because it wouldn't have made it scarier.

R rating couldnt have saved this mess of turd movie...one of the laziest and badly writing horror movies ever...cheap and bad jumpscares that doesnt even work is all it got, such a bad pile of crap and I have no hopes for Annabelle 2 now...it will be as bad as the first...
