Theres literally 137 movies where Muslims are bad guys. I looked it up

Since 2003. And roughly 29 where white supremacists are the bad guys. Yet you have morons here literally saying that Hollywood won't make a movie where Muslims are the bad guys. Unbelievable stupidity and echo chamber retardness from conservatives.

Are you not entertained?!

reply

After watching the movie, nobody is going to think: "I've always thought white people are good but now they're evil."
People get more fun out of being offended. They want to be. Because, why the hell not?

jumpalacio, do you practice Martial Arts?

reply

Yes. I do Muay Thai and Krav Maga.

reply

OK thanks.

why did you ask him that?

It's not even that. I mean, the average American filmgoer can see clearly enough that movies about Islamic terrorists are quite common and movies about white terrorists are quite rare. The thing is, movies about Islamic terrorists tend to be big blockbuster and critical successes (The Hurt Locker, Zero Dark Thirty, 13 Hours, American Sniper) while films about white terrorists are more often than not movies like Imperium, i.e., low-budget and mediocre with B-list actors that come and go under the radar without anyone really noticing. American History X is a rarity. Most films about white terrorists don't get that kind of attention or praise.

I'm sorry, but objectively, white skinheads are not much of a problem. They simply aren't. Especially since the media can openly support black supremacy with the BLM movement. But I'm sure I'll get called a racist for simply pointing out truths.

Never said they were. In fact, I agree with you there, which is why I think this film is so stupid. The only reason I'm even commenting on it is because the only thing more stupid than the film itself are the people on this board pretending like such films are a dime a dozen.

reply

Why is supporting BLM supporting black supremacy? Why is equality such a problem for some people? Let black lives be as valuable as others. Let gays have a normal life like straights. Let other religions have the same freedoms as Christianity. What in the world are you so afraid of? You are an American, so act like you have courage, no matter how much that angers the GOP.

Maybe if you weren't so stupidly naive, you would see why people have a problem with BLM. Including...GASP...many, many black people. And not just random black people. Black people that have been civil rights activists for DECADES and high profile celebs.

I guess all of these people, who you presume to speak for, are also against equality...

Are you so desperate to be seen as an open-minded, totally not bigoted cool person that you'd openly support hateful groups because of the color of their skin? Judging by your comment, I assume that yes, you would.

reply

Why don't you post this list, so we can see how heavily its cherry picked because its long been the fall back of Hollywood to use "white supremacists" as the boogieman to avoid offending any other group...usually relying on the "south african" or vaguely european bad guy.
Hollywood makes something on the order of 600 movies a year, even if only 25% involve "bad guys" and action thats 1950 movies within that time period.

So I highly doubt you did an exhaustive analysis, just a cherry pick, because I've seen enough "south african" baddies in films that its become a cliche.

reply

You're not even talking about the same thing. We were talking about terrorists. Not just "bad guys". Furious 7 doesn't count as a movie about white supremacists because Jason Statham is the bad guy. Ridiculous.

reply

There are literally 138 movies were Asians eat dogs. I looked it up! Who the frock cares???

reply

Bam! You're absolutely right. Suck it up, white supremacists who complain about this movie.

reply

How many of those movies are the equivalent of Imperium, where a young Muslim man must infiltrate a radical Muslim group in the U.S. and bring it down?

The answer is zero.

There are no movies which really dig into a) the fact that Muslims in the U.S. are more likely to engage in terrorism than those working class whites you hate so much, and b) they don't dig into the fact that blacks and Latinos commit the majority of violent crime in this country despite being in the minority.

Nice attempt at deflection, but it's not going to work.

Maybe for a cry baby like you. I am so sorry filmmakers haven't catered to your specific criteria when it comes to making an film about islamic extremism..

and of course this too you moron. But I am sure you will find reason to bitch anyways

reply

Considering we were talking about Imperium, discussing that specific plot is definitely on point.

And yes, that movie did indeed cover (largely) the plot point in Imperium. That's a good thing. Hopefully, we'll see more true-to-life movies like that in the future instead of movies like Imperium which are just leftist masturbation material.

Anyway, I can tell you're the type who likes to self-abnegate, thinking that this makes you morally superior to those who refuse to do so, but I'm going to tell you right now that that just makes you a cuck. Nothing more.

Muslims commit a disproportionate amount of terrorist attacks (I believe they're overrepresented by about 5000% when it comes to amount of terrorist attacks compared to their percentage of the U.S. population), and you need to face that cold hard reality and then understand that we have no obligation whatsoever to let them in here.

Learn some self-respect, cuck. It's a good thing.
