Creators, I hope you read the whole Message Board.

Steampunk is pretty awesome and becoming more popular all the time. You've got an opportunity to highlight an aesthetic that is beloved by an ever- growing group of people.

And I have no false ideas about what reality TV is. With that in mind...PLEASE DROP THE EXTRA-PHONY DRAMA!

Yes, the candidates are competitors.
Yes, they won't always jive when working together.
Yes, there will be natural competition that evolves between certain types of people.

Please just let it flow naturally. Show more of the work being done and WAY less of the artificially created animosity. It's a disappointing show solely BECAUSE of the whining and b!tching.

And the judges, yikes. Are you instructing them to act like pompous, self-important poop-chutes?

As it stands, all the judges serve to do is push and pull at the candidates to bring out their worst possible personalities. They offer no guidance or suggestions when they come in at half-time. They appear to make whatever is happening worse.

This is not Big Brother or Real House or whatever it's called. The candidates have a goal other than just sitting around bitching about each other. Show the work being done and the result of that work and whatever happens naturally, it happens.

I rated this show a 1 just because I had such high hopes when I found it, really thought it would be something right up my alley.

I was disappointed from Episode One with all the phony drama. And incredibly, it gets worse as the show goes on. Rise above regular reality and give us great Steampunk.

Agree 100%.

I agree. I'd rather see more of how they utilize their junkyard finds with a DIY project.
