Very PC casting - and Pfeiffer's eyes?

Unusually diverse casting, but still.

I know that Pfeiffer, the former young beauty, has aged, but even with make up, she didn't look good/healthy?

My missus and I thought that her eyes looked uneven in height, whereas I'd never seen this before? Looking at her in Dangerous Liaisons (1988) she looked fine.

Has she had eye/facial surgery at some point?

it made sense for the dark fae being from all over the world, but the rest of the casting looked ridiculous.

Pfeiffer has had a shit-ton of plastic surgery in recent years, it takes a better cinematographer than this one to make her look good! Or the CGI geeks at Marvel, whatever.

IMHO her mouth looks far worse than her eyes, the fillers have made it into a shape not found in nature.
