Who was the camera man?!?!?

At first I was thinking that whatever it was that the camera man was thinking was for effect, but 30 minutes into the movie I realized this person had no idea what they were doing. All the shots are either completely still or noticeably shaky and that's all I could focus on for the entire movie. Don't even know the main characters name, for god sake give me some memorable characters this is by far one of the worst films I've watched.
