A "suggestive" scene?!?

About 2/3 of the way through the movie, after Hannah has more-or-less adjusted to her new life, there's a scene that seems ALMOST out-of-character for Hallmark Channel.

She's in her pajamas, walking from the bedroom to the ensuite when she sees her husband (in his pajamas) shaving. She stops to admire him when he catches her eye in the mirror. Immediately she ducks around the corner and the camera briefly lingers on her with an exhilarated yet coy smile on her face. Since this is Hallmark Channel, that's all we're shown and they jump cut to the next scene.

Taking into account that the filmmakers have deftly and creatively avoided any kind of serious tension between her and her husband up to this point:

1) why is this scene included?

2) what do you think she's thinking about behind that exhilarated yet coy smile?

P.S.: Loved the movie!
