Pitch Perfect 3 Plot ideas,what do you think?!

I don't want this film to be a reunion film where everyone has kids or to be focusing on Emily and the new Barden Bellas it has to be all about the original cast,reunions aren't usually that good any ways,but I will consider all possibilities of how they could do this film any ideas I missed or are unsure about I'll just put under PS so here are my plot ideas for Pitch Perfect 3 which should be the last film.

Plot Idea 1: Beca is now a music producer and mentors the Barden Bellas with Emily as the leader and new cast members,Beca helps them sing their way to victory with her new original songs and for the other Barden Bellas they all have jobs. Bumper and fat Amy or Beca and Jesse get married,this would be a good opportunity for the third riff off Bellas v Treblemakers style.Or for the riff off,they go back to the pool at Barden university for one last time so they get to do a riff off again their Bellas v Treblemakers.

Plot Idea 2:After the Bellas graduated,Beca,Fat Amy,Chloe,Lily,Stacy,Ashley,Flo,Jessica and Cynthia all start their own rival acapella group and compete against the Barden bellas with Emily as their leader. I don't know what they'll compete them against in well it can't be the ICCAs or worlds so I'm not sure about that.

Plot Idea 3:No bellas at all,after graduation they form an adult acapella group only,this way it keeps the whole original cast together. So the Barden Bellas last performance was Worlds,this will mainly focus on what everyone has done since winning worlds,a finale and last group performance too at a wedding or something.

Plot Idea 4:The Bellas go professional,they get signed and release an album together. Just like pentatonix in real life.Easy way to sneak in a few celebrity cameos,another way to keep the original cast together too.

Plot Idea 5:This idea I have thought about the least as I'm not sure how it could happen but I've always wanted the bellas and treblemakers to team up as one and give an amazing performance whether it's to defeat another group or just for fun. I think this would be awesome.

PS: It should be set 2 or 3 years after the second film,I think a wedding should definitely be in the plot for the film,I definitely think a third riff off should be in the film for a wedding or at the pool maybe as the last performance or it could be halfway into the movie like the first 2 films,cups has to be sung again somehow maybe right at the end so it ends as it begins sort of thing as Beca is the main character,I think their should a lot of links to the first film too like titanium sung again for special Chloe and Beca moment and I'm not sure how to bring back John,Gail and Aubrey for some of the plot ideas and all the other characters should be with a partner.Bumper would also be a professional singer as he wins the voice and maybe gets a record label with the company Beca works at. I also love how they had the breakfast club link and then used the song for finale and then they did it again with the second film but it was flashlight instead,i can't think of any links like this that they can do again as the third will be different. But I do feel like they can't copy and paste the plot again for the third film so it will be completely different.I'll know that I think of new ideas or forget stuff so I'll probably be back tomorrow to change stuff. Right now these are the only plot ideas I feel they can do to make this film just as good as the first 2.

Definitely 2 and 5. 2 seems cool regardless of the long story line the director has to plot. 5 seems absurd but shines in a kind-of-heart way.

Most singing and dancing movies are about competitions. Well, to change that, I think I can give some ideas for them to make a good one instead. Maybe the director could change the direction away from the major point into winning a competition of singing/dancing.

In this case, Pitch Perfect 3 could have the Barden Bellas, the Treblemakers and other juniors, seniors nor exes who study in the same university to join forces against a company whose has their name to abolish the university because of some stuff. Even better if Barden Bellas calls DSM to join the group from having the company shutting down the good name of the Barden University. The substances can give some sweet delicious taste to a good movie. For an example, they could disrupt the company's building and give them a warning before it's too late. And maybe for the final singing, they could do a night-show where they all sing together in front of all who are against them to fully stop from what they're doing. They could call some artists like Taylor Swift, Sam Smith, Jessie J, Sia, Eminem, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine to sing with them as a cue for them and us (as an audience) to get fully aware that all these artists had studied music and acapella as their ultimate choice in the same university where the Barden Bellas were. It will be epic if this comes out.

Finally someone posted on this board! I've been waiting weeks for someone to do this haha thanks,they should not do a competition movie again as you can't copy and paste a film twice. This probably is the last one that everyone will do so i has to be a good bye film. I think they should go with idea 3 from my ideas. I think with your idea the celebrity cameos are abit too much,it would turn into Anchorman a little bit. I think DSM should be back in it for a riff off or cameo but not a big role as they had a big role in the second film. No offense but your idea seems a bit too kiddy and for a last film not big enough,all the celebrities reminds me off all the bellas coming together like at the end of PP2 so it would kinda be copy and pasted but it's still an interesting idea! I love it how you did the exact same thing I did,which was go onto a message message board and then literally put your idea there.

And yeah, on second thought, I think your judgement on the bring-back-artists will basically remind me of Pitch Perfect 2. :)

I like 2 and 3 also but they should leave the ending open enough we get a Pitch Perfect 4!

They should keep it a trilogy so it stays good that way and not just drag on like most movie franchises now just to make more money. I would love a 4th but I don't want 3 good films and a bad one.

I think the plot for the 3rd one has to be picked carefully or it will make the franchise bland. The 2nd one was already not as good to most people. I think for sure they need to find a way for the boys to play a bigger role this time around because I think that's what took the charm out of the 2nd one. It was just a little too female and the amazing thing about the first one was the fact that all ages and genders really enjoyed it

I agree.

They are REALLY playing with fire by making a third one especially since the second one was a let down to most people. If they come with an absolute stinker that reeks of a money grab, it will tarnish even the first movie.

They need to take the focus off of Emily. She's really an annoying character. It's like they took the lovable awkwardness of Benji, and gave him steroids. Benji was hella socially awkward in the first movie, but it was done really well and really quick bits. Emily was just awkward and they keep hampering on that fact.

I really have no idea what they're going to do for a third movie unless it's them getting together after college to compete on some kind reality TV singing show.

I'm a little late to the party here, but I've been thinking about plots for this movie a lot. I am totally with you that it should be 2 or 3 years later and a wedding should totally happen. I was surprised when the second movie didn't focus on Jesse and Beca after the emphasis put on their relationship in the first movie. Emily's character intrigues me, but they definitely need to dial her down a bit.

I definitely want more of the treblemakers in this film. It could be interesting to have the two groups team up since there's not a feud going on between them any more. Since they worked so hard in the second movie to get the Bellas reinstated, I feel like there should be more about how the Bellas are rebuilding. Maybe the original group could come back because Emily is struggling to recruit on her own. There should be a few new members that she's been able to get, but there aren't enough to be their own group. Maybe have a few of the Bellas in grad school. And I dunno why, but I pictured Chloe having a younger cousin who was a year younger than Emily in the group. I could also see some of the Bellas, particularly Chloe, in a Pentatonix-like group.

Something I thought about was maybe Barden is in danger of closing down and so they hold some sort of rally to drum up support for the university, which brings back the Bellas AND the Treblemakers. This would be super cool if they could get as much of the originals as possible-especially Donald! I really missed him in PP2.
