Yeah, I'm also skeptical but perhaps it'll atleast recognise the military industrial complex and make it formally recognised in every USA home, that is a big and diffuse enemy to blame it on (and can also be made into a circular arguement with ease - ...blame yourselves, the people, for "voting" Bush into power)...

[EDIT] I really hope they do not downplay the role the one puppet had towards those pulling strings. And not downplay the intelligence but rather play on the absurdity of greed etc by rumsfeld, Cheney, Rice (the bunch of war criminals in short, stated as opinion for legal reasons) et al.
