That's what you get when you bombard your viewers with requests to rate the show a 10. Sadly, IMDb Top 250 TV is still in beta. The stable version will kick it, surely.

It's very sad to see this. I think they wont stop until it reaches #1. Some take it as a national challenge.

Even though in beta, IMDb will never let it reach #1 spot because of 2 reasons. One, the fact that currently it has a rating of 9.7 and still it is in the 30s, where technically it SHOULD have been at #1. Two, there is some algorithm in the works that they internally wire into the list which would then start comparing TV shows.
Additionally, IMDb takes its top 250 lists pretty seriously unlike its Bottom List where we had the luck to see the film Gunday (2015) at #1. (https://nairtejas.wordpress.com/2014/02/23/whats-wrong-with-the-imdb-page-of-the-film-gunday/)
