Did they purposefully re-use an existing show name?

I got all excited when I saw this pop up and thought they had brought the show back.

Then I looked at what it was... Ugh, utter crap. Dicks!

It was a show starring Peter O Toole from 1989.

I think that's what the journalists called the real Mary Cotton during her trial. Isn't it also the name given to all healthcare workers who are serial killers.
