How to kill assultron dominator?

Cant use VATS cos it turns invisible too quicky
It can deplete around 90% of my characters health with one slash and even if the health is full it can still kill me with one shot from its laser and meanwhile i cant get a single hit onto it cos its way too fast and it turns invisible(or is it teleports?)too quickly
Its between my character and a Winter tape for a quest I'm close to the end of
and i cant fight it cos its too op
How do i get rid of the jerk?

Had to mini nuke it somehow getting it to stay still/visible then while using power armor and vats makes my character survive a point blank nuke while the bot is blown to smithereens
