So there are at least 2 mechanists? I mean the capital wasteland has one so does the commonwealth

It's from the Silver Shroud serial and post war nuts apparently like the character. I've seen some videos if you show up in the silver shroud outfit the interaction with the mechanist in the DLC is different.
