Institute vs. Brotherhood: which do you recommend? (spoilers)

I'm at the Mass Relay point where I have to choose, and I've been running around doing side missions since because I'm afraid of commitment and I like working for both. With the Brotherhood, I have to side with them if I want to see Liberty Prime again, but if I don't pick the Institute, I'll fail the infiltration task the Railroad sent me on, and that will bother my completionist brain. So, since I really can't decide, is there any consensus about which of these two choices leads to the better side missions, character interactions, etc.?

Id say that you could just make two seperate save files and have the best of both worlds.

They bought a house.

I know the BoS has the easiest exploit to help level up your character quickly. If you side against the BoS then make sure you kill Maxson during the Rockets' Red Glare quest and pick up Final Judgement. It's supposedly one of the best weapons in the game. Unfortunately I went through the entire mission undetected and missed my opportunity.

This is where I'm at now.

I'm going to do every quest I can with Danse as my companion before siding with the Institute so I can screw them over later by helping the Railroad.

Can you do that or will siding with the Institute cut off the Railroad quests?

No matter what you do, it doesn't mention having any affect on the Railroad.

If you don't notify the Brotherhood then you become enemies with them and if you do notify them then the Institute becomes an enemy.

I just went with the Institute and the brotherhood and railroad quests went to failed after two of the missions. I'll made a save game as a starting point to try each of them.

So I beat the game this weekend...Went with the Institute against the Brotherhood. I was still able to work with the Railroad so I did and double crossed the Institute taking them on.

Such a rewarding experience taking that path and the Institute down.

Both The Institute and the Brotherhood made me wipe out the Railroad to continue. Out of the two the Brotherhood/Institute battle was much more fun from the Brotherhood side.
